Human Digital is seeking a talented and data-driven Performance Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland, Aotearoa New Zealand. As a Performance Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns to drive measurable results for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Set Up and Execution: Set up comprehensive performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid search, social media advertising, and display advertising.
• Budget Management: Optimise budget allocation across channels and campaigns to maximise ROI.
• Performance Tracking and Optimization: Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and implement optimisation strategies to achieve KPIs.
• A/B Testing: Execute A/B tests to identify winning creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
• Reporting and Analysis: Setting up dashboards and preparing detailed reports on campaign performance, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Detail oriented with a love of data and analytics: Deep understanding of various performance marketing channels and tactics.
• Expertise in using ads and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) to measure and optimise campaign performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
